These people left a message for someone with the same last name as me and a first name I have NEVER heard of. They said a complaint has been filed and to call thsi number back and reference a case number. I called it back to figure out what the heck it was about and I told them I've never heard of anyone with that name. They asked me to confirm the phone number where we received the message and they will remove it from the system. I have never bounced a check nor do I know this Neeha person they are looking for. I even had them confirm the name, it definately isn't me!

These people contacted my inlaws, they didnt leave a company name only Vanessa Wiley as person to contact. This phone # with a case # was given to my inlaws as well. They said in 2004 I wrote 2 checks to their client and they are trying to prosecute. I have know clue who or why these people are harrassing my family. if anyone has any info please inlighten me and my family. Thank you, P.S I will be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau

I got the same harassing call by a Michelle Jones stating that her client is making a complaint against me and that I need to return this call or legal actions will be taken and never stated what cmpany she was from or who her client is. i don't talk to anyone if they can't give me complete details.

number above might be fraud!!! my phone send lots of automatic sms and charged me for it without my knowledge!!! who behinds this???

harassing calls about 12 hours apart. i now have a canned air horn by my phone. if they call again someone will have a shattered eardrum!!!!!!!!

I am recieving calls from several diffrent people saying they are going to put a "lock" on my ssn if i dont talk to them. I cant even understand these people, they barely speak english!! they also say that if i dont call them back, they are not responsible for what may happen to me.

called my job, cell phone, mother in law and parents, left a message said her name was Brandi Bailey and that her client filed a complaint in her office and she has a court summons that she will deliver to my job or my home if I don't reply ASAP!! I don't even know who this person is nor do I not what company says that I wrote a fraudulent check!!! before I agree or willing to hear them out they need to give me more information on her client!! .... if any one knows who this is please reply ... THANKS!!
